Time commitment will fluctuate throughout the year, however, the minimum expected time commitment is 10 hours per week. Directors are expected to attend weekly Full Team executive meetings.
As the Director of Internal Relations you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Presidents and VP of Internal Affairs, and help inspire the leadership team to achieve the vision of the organization. This role has a focus in the development and maintenance of team affairs, such as, the planning of team socials, providing internal support, and aiding in first year mentoring. You support key business operations and team initiatives – including team meetings, internal presentations, and the management of shared information.
You are a self-starter, forward thinking person that is able to thrive in a fluid environment. Your role includes managing calendars, revising and editing internal policy documents, and creating an environment for our executive team that fosters heavy collaboration and growth. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of internal team affairs, such as, but not limited to, team socials and development, HR duties, and supporting the success of other portfolios. You are methodically organized, handling highly sensitive and often confidential materials with a professional presence.
